Services are from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Dec. 29 at Carson City's First Presbyterian Church for Doris Bowling Clement, 91, a 20-year resident of Carson City.
Mrs. Clement died Dec. 21 at Lifecare Center in Reno.
Born May 8, 1908 in McWhorter, Ky. to Attison Bowling and Josephine Angel, she married Clarence Clement in San Jose, Calif., on Dec. 23, 1932.
Prior to living in Carson City, Mrs. Clement lived in San Jose and Galt, Calif. for 30 years.
She was a graduate of Pasadena Hospital Nursing School and was a nurse.
Clement is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence, who died April 14, 1976.
Clement is survived by LeRoy Clement of Carson City; brother Woodson Bowling of Las Vegas; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Walton's Sierra Crematory.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials are being established with Carson City or Gardnerville Meals on Wheels.
