The following people were in custody at the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:

-- Terence John Trahey, 25, a fast food manager from Carson City, was arrested Tuesday at 11:20 a.m. in the 100 block of East Long Street for suspicion of gross misdemeanor probation violation. No bail was set.

-- Casey James Hatler, 26, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 4 p.m. in the 700 block of Hot Springs Road by Parole and Probation for suspicion of felony probation violation. No bail was set.

-- A 54-year-old unemployed man from Carson City was arrested at 1:55 p.m. at 1000 South Carson Street for suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. His bail was set at $1,105.

-- Steven Thomas Boyd, 53, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday his home in the 1100 block of Clearview Drive for suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon. He is accused of threatening to hit someone with a sledge hammer. His bail was set at $20,000.

-- John Fitzgerald Crowley, 37, a plumber from Carson City, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. in the 300 block of Burton Street for suspicion of felony sexual assault of a victim under 16 causing substantial bodily harm, two counts of felony conspiracy to commit sexual assault and gross misdemeanor open and gross lewdness. His bail was set at $100,000.

-- Medardo Villanueva-Castellan, also known as Castellanos Medardo and Villanueva Medardo, 32, a construction worker from Carson City, was arrested at 8:54 p.m. at Highway 50 East and Airport Road for suspicion of felony possession of marijuana and the following misdemeanors: driving without a license, no headlights and failure to appear on traffic citation. His bail was set at $3,405.

-- Terry Michelle Henze, 55, an electrician from Carson City, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of East Long Street by Parole and Probation for suspicion of felony probation violation. No bail was set.
