Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Tiffany Marie Parr-Andrews, 29, an unemployed keno runner from Carson City, was arrested at 11:04 p.m. July 26 at Fifth Street and Saliman Road on suspicion of felony providing false information to avoid prosecution and misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $10,500.

• Derek Paul Kalaman, 28, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of West Park Street on suspicion of felony battery with a deadly weapon, misdemeanor domestic battery, obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $54,596.

• Scott David Whitley, 32, a truck driver from Carson City, was arrested at 12:54 a.m. Sunday at Morgan Mill and Deer Run roads on suspicion of gross misdemeanor possession of hypodermic device. Bail was set at $632. Also arrested was Edward William Stahi, 34, unemployed from Fallon, on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,632.

• Nick Wayne Baumgartner, 61, of Carson City, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. Sunday at Thompson and Fifth streets on suspicion of felony third-offense drunken driving, misdemeanor impeding traffic and tail lamps required. Bail was set at $10,134.

• Robin Setter-Mullins, 50, of Carson City, was arrested at 5:28 p.m. Sunday in the 4100 block of Northgate Lane on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of probation violation.

• Candice Dawn Coffman, 21, of Mound House, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of felony use of false identification to avoid prosecution and misdemeanor probation violation. Bail was set at $5,500. Also arrested was Ashley Renee Hicks, 18, of Mound House, on suspicion of felony use of false identification to avoid prosecution and misdemeanor minor gambling. Bail was set at $2,500.

• David Robert Wheelus, 51, of Woodland Park, Colo., was arrested at 9 p.m. in the 1300 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $25,000.

• Gregory Lynn Franz, 27, a painter from Carson City, was arrested at 5 p.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of Rand Avenue on suspicion of felony possession of heroin, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of suspended sentence and failure to appear on a traffic citation. Bail was set at $6,804.

• James Aburn, 51, a transient carnival worker, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of East Fifth Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. Bail was set at $2,500

• Rigoberto Rodriguez, 26, a cook from Carson City, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. Sunday on Tiger Drive on suspicion of felony domestic battery, home invasion and burglary. Bail was set at $40,000.

• Kyle Jason Gabelman, 27, a mechanic from Gardnerville, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. Sunday in the 500 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of felony parole violation. No bail was set.
