The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.


-- A 19-year-old transient construction worker was arrested at 6:40 a.m. Saturday at in the 100 block of Menlo Court on misdemeanor suspicion of failure to appear in court on a bench warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. A cash-only bail was set at $1,000.


-- A 24-year-old, unemployed Carson City woman was arrested at 3:20 a.m. on Saturday at the corner of King and Roop streets on misdemeanor contempt of court. A cash-only bail was set at $190.


-- A 21-year-old laborer from Gardnerville was arrested at 4 a.m. on Saturday at the corner of Highway 50 and Lassen Drive on misdemeanor suspicion of driving under the influence, failure to maintain a single lane, basic speed violation and improper turning at an intersection. Bail was set at $1,350.


-- A 28-year-old drafter from Minden was arrested at 12:16 a.m. Saturday on the corner of Nye Lane and Carson Street on misdemeanor suspicion of driving under the influence and reckless driving. Bail was set at $1,710.


-- A 42-year-old, unemployed transient was arrested at 5:45 p.m. Friday in the 700 block of Hot Springs Road on misdemeanor suspicion of trespassing. Bail was set at $210.


-- A 22-year-old motel clerk from Carson City was arrested at 1:17 p.m. Friday in the 1300 block of North Carson Street on misdemeanor suspicion of embezzlement and arrest of a probationer. Bail was set at $4,105.


-- A 25-year-old painter from Dayton was arrested at 9 a.m. Friday in the 6300 block of East Highway 50 on misdemeanor suspicion of domestic battery. Bail was set $5,105.
