The following people were taken into custody by the Carson City jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.


-- Gregg Eugene Rowland, 37, of Carson City, no occupation noted, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of David Street for the investigation of violation of a temporary protection order, two warrants out of Carson City Justice Court for domestic violence and domestic battery with a deadly weapon, and one warrant out of federal court for a probation violation. Bail was set at $40,000.


-- Jeremy Bentsen, 20, of Carson City, a casino bus boy, was arrested at 8:47 a.m. Friday at Carson and Corbett streets for the investigation of possession of methamphetamines. Bail was set at $2,500.


-- Gregg Mark Lewis, 39, of Carson City, unemployed, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of South Saliman Road on a warrant out of Carson District Court for the investigation of failure to appear after admission to bail. Bail was set at $10,000.


-- An arrest at 12:27 a.m. Saturday on Highway 50 East for the investigation of second-offense driving under the influence, failing to drive within the marked lanes, driving with a revoked license and a warrant out of Carson City Justice Court for criminal contempt. Bail was set at $4,025.


Deputies responded to the following calls Friday.


-- Two vehicle burglary reports.


-- Four property damage reports.


-- One grand larceny report.


-- One child molestation report.


-- One vehicle damage report.


-- One larceny report.


-- One fight arrest.


-- One commercial burglary report.


-- One domestic battery report.
