The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:


-- A 55-year-old secretary from Carlsbad, Calif., was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Monday in the 800 block of East Musser Street by the Attorney General's Office for suspicion of misdemeanor obtaining money under a false pretense. Her bail was set at $50,000.


-- A 45-year-old unemployed woman from Dayton was arrested 8:12 p.m. Sunday at Roop and Northridge for suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. Her bail was set at $1,105.


-- A 19-year-old unemployed woman from Carson City was arrested at 1:15 p.m. Sunday in the 500 block of Tuscarora Drive for suspicion of domestic battery. Her bail was set at $3,105.


-- Dennis Ray Phelps, 55, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Rawhide Drive for suspicion of felony attempted sexual assault by spouse of spouse and misdemeanor domestic battery. His bail was set at $20,000.


-- A 28-year-old unemployed man from Carson City was arrested at 5:26 a.m. Monday in the 800 block of North Carson Street for suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bail was set at $3,105.


-- Felix Resendiz-Barron, 22, a laborer from Carson City, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Monday in the 1400 block of Edmonds Drive for suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor obstructing a peace officer. His bail was set at $2,880.


Deputies responded to the following calls Sunday:


-- Two suspicious subjects.


-- One battery with a deadly weapon report.


-- Seven domestic disputes.


-- Two petty larcenies.


-- One coroner call.


-- One warrant service.


-- Three traffic stops.


-- Two fraud complaints.


-- One property injury report.


-- One non-injury accident.
