The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:


-- Eduardo Antolin Espiritu, 38, a laborer from Carson City, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. Tuesday in the 2900 block of Highway 50 East for suspicion of gross misdemeanor indecent exposure. He is accused of sitting at a slot machine, exposing himself to a female porter and propositioning her. His bail was set at $2,605.


-- A 52-year-old self-employed man from Carson City was arrested at 11:29 a.m. Monday in the 600 block of Colorado Street for suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bail was set at $3,105.


-- A 30-year-old mechanic's helper from Carson City was arrested at 3:05 a.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of Rand Street for suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear on a possession of paraphernalia charge. His bail was set at $1,205 cash only.


-- A 28-year-old unemployed transient was arrested at 5:29 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of North Carson Street for suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a restraining order. His bail was set at $3,105.


-- A 22-year-old unemployed man from Carson City was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the 500 block of Moses Street for suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery and a failure-to-appear warrant out of Storey County. No bail was set.


-- Kevin Louis Becker, 40 , a recruiting agent from La Jolla, Calif., was arrested by the Attorney General's Office at 11:30 a.m. Monday in the 800 block of East Musser Street for suspicion of felony securities fraud, unlicensed broker, offer or sell unregistered securities.

-- Seven petty larcenies.


-- One residential burglary.


-- One juvenile runaway report.


-- One larceny report.
