The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:


-- Two Carson City women were arrested 8 p.m. Friday along Highway 50 after a deputy recognized the driver of a blue Toyota station wagon.


Leticia Rocha, 30, was taken into custody for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, two traffic warrants and not having a driver's license, insurance or registration for the vehicle. She was booked in lieu of $2,685.


Rocha's passenger, Wendy Ann Marie Broadbent, 20 was booked in lieu of $4,000 for possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.


-- A 39-year-old transient was arrested 8:19 a.m. Saturday in the 4100 block of South Carson Street for misuse of 911 and obstructing an officer. She was booked in lieu of $2,800 bail.


-- An 18-year-old Carson City salesman was arrested 5:30 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Sherman and Graves lanes after deputies pulled him over for doing 60 mph in a 35 mph zone and weaving. He was booked for reckless driving in lieu of $500 bail.


-- A 21-year-old Carson City carpenter was arrested 2:10 a.m. Saturday at Roop Street and Winnie Lane after deputies received a report of a drunken unwanted subject.


Jeffrey Lloyd Koontz is on probation and not supposed to drink, according to the Carson City Sheriff's report. He is being held without bail after a breath test revealed he had a .183 blood alcohol content.


-- A 35-year-old account technician was arrested for domestic battery at 12:30 a.m. Saturday after she called 911. Deputies responded to the 2200 block of Eastridge Lane where they learned the woman slapped her husband. She was booked in lieu of $3,000 bail.


-- A 21-year-old mechanic was was arrested 11:57 p.m. Friday night after he allegedly jumped from the second story of a motel while being pursued by Washoe Tribal Police.


Landing on the truck, the man dented the hood and broke a windshield. He was booked for injury to a motor vehicle in lieu of $2,500 bail.


-- A 21-year-old Incline Village house cleaner was arrested 2:33 a.m. Saturday after a traffic stop for speeding.


The man was driving a white Saturn northbound on Carson Street at 39 mph when he was pulled over at Bath Street. He was taken into custody after he failed a field sobriety test. He allegedly admitted he had a drug pipe, which deputies reported finding right next to a bag of what appeared to be marijuana. There was also an open quart of beer in the car. The man was booked in lieu of $3,750 for speeding, driving with a revoked license, DUI, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle.


--A 38-year-old South Lake Tahoe woman was arrested for speeding and DUI at Carson Street and Fairview Drive 12:23 a.m. Saturday. She was booked in lieu of $1,080 bail.


-- A 49-year-old Carson City man was arrested 10:30 p.m. Friday after an altercation with casino security guards in the 500 block of North Carson Street. He was booked in lieu of $1,315 bail for trespassing and battery.
