The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:


-- Henry Martillaro, 43, of Arvada, Colo., was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday for suspicion of felony non-sufficient funds and gross misdemeanor issuing checks without sufficient funds. His bail was set at $1,000.


-- Michelle McMurty, 37, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 3 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on a felony warrant for suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Her bail was set at $2,500.


-- Tyrel Orrin Hayes, 22, a chimney sweep from Carson City, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of East Long Street for suspicion of felony probation violation. No bail was set.


-- Cody Neubauer, 22, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Monday in the 3400 block of Woodside Drive on a felony warrant for suspicion of trafficking and two counts of gross misdemeanor battery on a police officer. No bail was set. Also arrested was Juan Luna-Ortiz, 26, unemployed from Carson City, for suspicion of felony harboring a fugitive and misdemeanor probation violation. His bail was set at $28,000.
