The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:


-- A 24-year-old laborer from Dayton was arrested at 5 a.m. Sunday at Curry and Robinson streets for suspicion of misdemeanor obstructing a peace officer. His bail was set at $405.


-- James Daniel Dean Jr., a 22-year-old clerk from Dayton, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of North Carson Street for suspicion of felony probation violation. No bail was set.


-- A 41-year-old man from Carson City was arrested at 7:05 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of East Telegraph for suspicion of misdemeanor dometsic battery and ex-felon failure to change address. His bail was set at $3,105.


-- A 30-year-old salesman from Carson City was arrested at 2:06 p.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of Belmont Avenue for suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. His ail was set at $31,05.


-- Jessica Lynn Brooks, 21, unemployed mployed from Carson City, was arrested at 1:22 a.m. Saturday at Goni Road and College Parkway for suspicion of gross misdemeanor bad checks. Her bail was set at $820.


-- Daniel Contreras, 40, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 3 p.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of Sharon Drive for suspicion of felony probation violation. No bail was set.


Deputies responded to the following calls Saturday:


-- One fight.


-- Four traffic stops.


-- One controlled substance.


-- Two warrant services.


-- One non-injury accident.


-- Two batteries.


-- One abandoned vehicle.


-- One juvenile runaway.


-- One juvenile problem.


-- Three business checks.


-- One hit and run.


-- Two domestic disputes.
