The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:


-- A 19-year-old car washer from Carson City was arrested at 8:57 a.m. Monday on Century Circle for suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court on a DUI charge. His bail was set at $3,000 cash only.


-- David Paul Boyer, also known as Judy David, was arrested at 3 a.m. Monday at Williams and Plaza streets on a Oak Creek, Ore., warrant for suspicion of felony fugitive from justice. No bail was set.


-- Milinda McGee, 44, a homemaker from Carson City, was arrested at 3:56 p.m. Sunday for suspicion of felony embezzlement. Her bail was set at $2,500.


-- A 34-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 8:53 a.m. Sunday in the 2700 block of Menlo Drive for suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bail was set at $3,105.


-- Omero Fierros Ortiz, 18, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of Woodside Drive for suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor driving without a valid license. His bail was set at $2,500.
