Sheriff's blotter

The following men and woman were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

-- A 34-year-old exotic dancer from Carson City was arrested at 2:05 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Pratt Street for the investigation of five counts of child neglect and endangerment. Neighbors allege the mother of five, who works nights, leaves the children for long periods of time. Deputies arrived at her home about 8:37 a.m., but were unable to contact the mother until 12:20 p.m. The father was not involved because of a restraining order. The children, ages 3 to 14, were taken by child protection officials.

-- A 34-year-old Carson City computer technician was arrested at 10:05 a.m. Monday in the 3200 block of Imperial Way for the investigation of domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,105.

-- An 18-year-old Dayton grocery store worker was arrested at 2:53 a.m. Monday at Adaline and Carson streets on suspicion of domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,105.

-- A 47-year-old Carson City salesman was arrested at 12:05 a.m. Monday in the 3100 block of Florentine Drive on suspicion of domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,105.
