The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:
-- Michael Quesnel, 41, a system engineer from Vero Beach, Fla., was arrested at 10:13 p.m. Thursday at Curry and Robinson streets on a felony fugitive from justice warrant on drug charges. No bail was set.
-- Gregory Small, 36, of Seattle, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. Thursday on South Carson Street for suspicion of felony burglary. Bail was set at $2,500.
-- Hugh VanHooser, 29, unemployed of Carson City, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of West Fourth Street for suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and the following misdemeanors: violation of bail conditions, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $6,805.
