Genevieve M. Bishop, 88, a Gardnerville resident for the past 17 years, died Aug. 18, 2003. She was born Aug. 4, 1915, in Kansas.
Before moving to Gardnerville, she lived in Elk Point.
Mrs. Bishop was preceded in death by her husband, Kester Bishop.
Among her survivors are her daughter, Kay Roberts of Condon, Mont.; grandson and wife, Jay and Darla Smallen; and great-grandchildren Trever, Aaron and Allyssa.
A private family graveside service will be at Happy Homestead Cemetery at South Lake Tahoe.
