Carson City

The following men and women were booked into Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

-- A 45-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 4:50 a.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of North Walsh Street on suspicion of domestic battery after officers responded to a report of domestic dispute. Police reports say the woman had been physically attacked by her girlfriend after she refused to make something to eat.

-- An 18-year-old transient man was arrested at 5:22 a.m. Wednesday at the Pi-on Plaza, 2171 E. Highway 50, on suspicion of being a minor consuming alcohol after deputies responded to a call by the establishment reporting two uncooperative people.

-- A 23-year-old Reno man was arrested at 5:22 a.m. Wednesday at the Pi-on Plaza, 2171 E. Highway 50, on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor after the reported two uncooperative people at the establishment.

-- A 37-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 1:55 a.m. Wednesday at College Parkway and North Carson Street on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to obey a traffic signal. Reports say deputies stopped her for running a red light.

-- A 20-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday at the 1700 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of having an outstanding warrant.

-- An 18-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 2:03 a.m. Wednesday at College Parkway and Ormsby Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was issued a citation alleging he had a suspended license, expired license plates, no proof of insurance and was a minor consuming alcohol after deputies stopped him for having expired license plates.

-- A 46-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday at the 1100 block of North Saliman Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain a traffic lane after a report of a possible intoxicated driver in the area. Reports say the deputy observed a man weaving across the lane and hitting the curb four times while driving with two flat tires.

-- A 32-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 5:14 p.m. Tuesday at the 1100 block of South Nevada Street on suspicion of violating a protective domestic order.

-- A 21-year-old Tahoe City man was arrested at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Douglas County Jail on suspicion of an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court.
