A 56-year-old Texas man was booked into the Carson City Jail on Friday. He was arrested at 5:25 a.m. at the Albertson's grocery store on Highway 50 East for suspicion of misdemeanor trespassing and interfering with a police officer. He was allegedly found sleeping in the bathroom when the store was closed. Bail was set at $590
