Yerington boys hoops defeat Spring Creek

YERINGTON BOYS 67, SPRING CREEK 53

The Yerington boys basketball team outscored Spring Creek 38-24 in the second half on its way to improving to 2-2 in league play. Del Conway scored 21 points and Wes Thomas added 16 points for the Lions.

LOWRY 53, DAYTON GIRLS 30

Jessica Cantwell scored nine points, Amanda Sbragia had eight points and Liz Schlottmann added seven points for the Dayton girls basketball team, which fell to 2-3 in league play.
