The following people were booked into the Carson City jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
-- Elizabeth Rodriguez Hernandez, 26, an unemployed transient, was arrested at 4:36 a.m. Sunday in the 5100 block of Carson River Road on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, a warrant out of the Department of Corrections in Sacramento, Calif., for the investigation of being a fugitive from justice, and a hold from Nevada Parole and Probation for a probation violation. She is being held without bail.
-- A 46-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 10:25 p.m. Sunday at Dori Way and Highway 50 on suspicion of first-offense DUI, no proof of insurance, no driver's license in possession and parking more than 18 inches from the curb. Bail was set at $2,088.
-- A 48-year-old Carson City contractor was arrested at 5:10 p.m. Sunday in the 3200 block of Doug Lane on suspicion of first-offense domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,105.
-- A 30-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 2:20 p.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of Brown Street on suspicion of domestic battery and a warrant out of Carson City Justice Court for failure to pay a fine. Bail was set at $4,090.
