Sheriff's blotter

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court.

-- James McCleary, 38, of Carson City, a truck driver, was arrsted at 10:46 p.m. Monday in the 1500 block of Caboose on suspicion of second-offense domestic battery and a probation violation. He is being held without bail.

-- A 54-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 2:15 a.m. Tuesday at Corbett and North Carson Streets on suspicion of violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $5,000.

-- Three accident-with-injury reports.

-- One property damage report.

-- One threats report.

-- One embezzlement report.

-- One fraud report.

-- One residential burglary report.
