Carson High's Willie Bowman had three home runs and nine RBI to lead the Sierra Sun Devils to a 19-2 win over the North Valleys Naturals on Wednesday.
The Sun Devils scored 10 runs in the first inning, with Bowman belting two homers -- a three-run shot and a grand slam -- in the inning. Dayton's Matt Bowman also doubled for the Sun Devils (16-0), who host the Nevada Badgers of Winnemucca in a doubleheader on Friday, beginning at 10 a.m. at Wooster.
