The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail on Monday. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
-- Shaun Day, 20, a construction worker from Carson City, was arrested Monday on suspicion of felony obstructing a police officer to avoid prosecution, possession of stolen property, misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, failure to complete community service and contempt of court. Bail was set at $30,105.
-- A 38-year-old unemployed Incline Village man was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on suspicion of misdemeanor petty larceny. Bail was set at $320.
