The following people were booked into the Carson City Sheriff's Department. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty:


-- A 34-year-old student from Stagecoach was arrested at 3:55 a.m. Wednesday in the 3700 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor second-offense drunken driving, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $4,496.


-- Clinton Morris Clark, 41, a mechanic from Carson City, was arrested at 2:04 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 Hot Springs Road on suspicion of felony fraud, theft and a warrant for non-sufficient funds. His bail was set at $50,000.


-- Sherry Weishaupt, 30, a waitress from Carson City, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday on Ruby Lane felony forgery. Her bail is set at $7,500.
