The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.


-- A 40-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 4:47 p.m. Saturday on the Lyon County line on a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson for failure to appear in court on a traffic violation. A cash-only bail was set at $2,820.


-- Brian Delay, a 28-year-old Carson City welder, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. Sunday on the corner of Roop and East William streets on felony suspicion of second-offense driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license and driving without proof of insurance. Bail was set at $10,000.


-- Robert Billings, a 21-year-old music store employee, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of East Winnie Lane on a felony warrant out of Carson for failure to appear in court. No bail was set.


-- Daniel Francis Brennan, a 34-year-old, unemployed Carson City man, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. Saturday in the 2700 block of South Carson Street on felony suspicion of false imprisonment with a weapon, burglary, attempted burglary, battery with attempt to commit robbery, possession of stolen property and conspiracy to commit robbery. Bail was set at $30,000.


-- A 31-year-old Carson City cement worker was arrested at 7 p.m. Saturday in the 2400 block of Havenwood Court on misdemeanor suspicion of second-offense domestic battery. Bail was set at $5,105.


-- A 32-year-old Carson City electrician was arrested at 7:17 p.m. Saturday in the 2200 block of Fairmont Way on misdemeanor suspicion of first-offense domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.


-- A 34-year-old Carson City laborer was arrested at 4 p.m. Saturday on the corner of Adams and North Carson streets on a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson City for failure to appear in court. A cash-only bail was set at $885.


-- A 42-year-old painter from Cupertino, Calif. was arrested at 1:11 p.m. Saturday in the 2500 block of North Carson Street on misdemeanor suspicion of second-offense driving under the influence and driving without a valid driver's license. Bail was set at $2,819.


-- Michael McSweeney, a 28-year-old, unemployed Carson City man, was arrested at 6:50 a.m. Saturday on the corner of Spear and Valley streets on felony suspicion of possession of methamphetemines, gross misdemeanor suspicion of battery of a police officer, misdemeanor suspicion of possession of a hypodermic device, driving with an obstructed windshield and driving with an obstructed license plate. Bail was set at $30,000.
