Dayton
The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:
Monday: Lasagna, cauliflower, garlic bread, peaches, cookie.
Tuesday: Ham and beans, spinach, green salad, cornbread, pears with Jell-O.
Wednesday: Chicken and dumplings, beets, citrus salad, cookies.
Thursday: Pork strips, spinach, potato wedges, biscuits, apples, cake.
Friday: Breakfast, 9-10 a.m. - Pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, tomato or orange juice.
Silver Springs
The menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Way:
Monday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed veggies, fruit combo, bread with butter.
Tuesday: Ham slice, macaroni and cheese, brussels sprouts, pears, whole wheat bread with butter.
Wednesday: Beef stroganoff, spinach salad, cottage cheese with pineapple, French roll with butter.
Thursday: Stuffed manicotti, cauliflower, peaches, pudding.
Friday: Salmon boats, oven potato, carrot-raisin salad, fresh apple, tartar sauce, garlic bread.
Fernley
The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Dr:
Monday: Pasta bake, spinach, apple crisp, garlic bread.
Tuesday: Tacos, rice, zucchini with tomatoes, sliced melon, chips and salsa.
Wednesday: Hot beef sandwich, mashed chive potatoes, string beans, orange juice, baked apple.
Thursday: Baked ham, scalloped potatoes, California-blend veggies, orange slices, bread.
Friday: Salmon patty, peas in cream sauce, mandarin oranges, carrot-raisin salad, sherbet.
Storey County
The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:
Monday: Veggie lasagna, garlic bread, salad, mixed fruit.
Tuesday: Chicken Caesar salad, three-bean combo, whole wheat bread, Jell-O with fruit.
Wednesday: Beef stew, salad, cornbread, pudding.
Thursday: Basil-coated cod, rice, mixed vegetables, Key Lime pie.
Friday: Pork chop, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, whole wheat bread, yogurt with fruit.
Yerington
The menus for the Yerington Senior Center for Dec. 6-10 are:
Monday: Beef enchiladas and Spanish rice, garden fresh salad, fruit dish, ice cream, soup.
Tuesday: Polish sausage, cream potatoes and peas, sweet and sour cabbage, corn, pie, soup.
Wednesday: California casserole, coleslaw, vegetable, peach cobbler, soup.
Thursday: Tacos, refried beans, cottage cheese, fruit dish, soup.
Friday: Patty melt, French fries, coleslaw, fruit dish, Cook's choice dessert.
