The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

- A 26-year-old salesman from Carson City was arrested Tuesday at 9:14 p.m. in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $1,000 cash.

- A 21-year-old technician and an 18-year-old dishwasher were arrested at 8:10 a.m. Tuesday in the 1700 block of Brown Street on suspicion of violation of a protective order. Bail for each was set at $1,132.

n Deputies responded to the following calls:

- A father reported at 2:16 p.m. Tuesday his daughter's ex-boyfriend broke the windows of her car in the 3200 block of Nye Lane.

- A residential burglary was reported at 5:16 p.m. Tuesday in the 2400 block of Bunch Way.

- A red 1997 Dodge Dakota was reported stolen between noon and 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of La Loma Drive.
