Kathryn W. Malone, 89, a Cloverdale, Calif., resident for the past three years, died June 13, 2004, at home. She was born Jan. 18, 1915, in Charleston, W.Va.
Before moving to Cloverdale, she lived in Carson City from 1965 to 2001.
Mrs. Malone worked for the State of Nevada Public Works Board for more than 11 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Ben.
Among her survivors are her daughters Susan Malone and Michael McClung; and three grandchildren.
Empire Mortuary Services of Ukiah, Calif., was in charge of arrangements.
