The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

- Raphael Mitchel Howard, 40, a laborer from Carson City, was arrested at 10:12 p.m. at John and Johnson streets on suspicion felony possession of a controlled substance.

- A 36-year-old housekeeper from Carson City was arrested at 6:21 p.m. Monday in the 2300 block of Waterford Court on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,132.

- James Allen Rogan, 40, a mechanic, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of stolen property and misdemeanor ex-felon failure to register. Bail was set at $237.

- Robert Welch, 32, a maintenance supervisor from Silver City, was arrested at Dump Hill on Monday on suspicion of gross misdemeanor indecent exposure. His bail was set at $632.

n Deputies responded to the following calls:

- A VCR and air conditioner were reported stolen from a home in the 200 block of David Street on Monday.

- Four tires were slashed on a vehicle in the 100 block of South Harbin Street on Sunday.

- A caller reported a road rage incident at Sunday in the 1400 block of Saliman Road.

- A woman reported a man followed her to work in Carson City from Mound House and exposed himself to her at 6 a.m. Monday.

- A home in the 700 block of Parkland Avenue was broken into sometime Monday night.

- A guitar was stolen from a vehicle in the 2700 block of Conestoga Drive on Monday.

- Money was found in an envelope near Carson-Tahoe Hospital and turned into the Sheriff's Department on Tuesday.
