The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• Elsie Ruybal, 49, a day-care worker from Mound House, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. Wednesday in the 9000 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony burglary. Her bail was set at $25,000.
• Jeffrey Wayde Phillips, 43, a metal worker from Carson City, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Tuesday at Saliman Road and William Street on two Dayton warrants for felony third-offense drunken driving and misdemeanor second-offense drunken driving. Bail was set at $10,832.
• Brenton Claude Buckner, 49, of Brockway, Calif., was arrested at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of felony fugitive from justice in El Dorado County, Calif., and misdemeanor probation violation. No bail was set.
