A funeral for Ida Irene Rife, 94, of Yerington will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home, 25 Highway 208, Yerington.
Mrs. Rite died June 23, 2005, at Hearthstone of Northern Nevada in Sparks. She was born July 10, 1910, to Ernest Aeschlimann and Anna Ernest Aeschlimann in Blackfalds in Alberta, Canada.
She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude; brother Armand; and sisters Clara, Alberta and Florence.
Among her survivors are her daughter, Iris Brown of Florida; son, Ron Rife of Las Vegas; brother Lawrence of Missouri; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and five nieces and three nephews.
Cremation is under the direction of Valley View Cemetery in Yerington.
Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
