The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• Emily Tellez, 25, unemployed of Carson City, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of felony forging a prescription. She was released on her own recognizance.


• A 35-year-old technician from Carson City was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Monday in the 500 block of Evelyn Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear on a traffic citation and violation of a restraining order. Bail was set at $2,071.


• Lucas James Deering, 23, of Dayton, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. Monday at the Carson City Sheriff's Department on a felony probation violation warrant out of Olympia, Wash. No bail was set.


• A 61-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 2:41 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of South Harbin Street on suspicion of misdemeanor misuse of 911. Bail was set at $2,500.




n Deputies responded to the following calls:


• A 4-month-old baby was brought to Carson-Tahoe Hospital with a skull fracture at 7:45 p.m. Friday. The injury allegedly happened when the mother dropped the child.


• The drive-thru window at McDonalds at Carson Street and Winnie Lane was shot out with a BB gun Saturday at 10:46 p.m.


• Two infants were found Monday at 12:49 p.m. without supervision in the 1100 block of Stanford Drive. Child Protective Services responded and took the children.
