Richard Edward Kronenberg, 74, a Prineville, Ore., resident for a few months, died May 23, 2005, at Ochoco Care Center in Prineville.
He was born June 10, 1930, in Los Angeles, to John Edward and Rose Wollman Kronenberg.
Before moving to Prineville, Mr. Kronenberg lived in Carson City for 28 years.
He attended the University of California at Irvine, studying environmental ecology.
He married Eileene Galbraith in Englewood, Calif., on Jan. 16, 1953. She preceded him in death March 1, in Carson City.
Mr. Kronenberg was employed as a municipal engineer for several years. He enjoyed going to the casinos and spending time with his family.
Among his survivors are his son, Michael, of Sisters, Ore., and grandchildren Angela and Alan Kronenberg, both of Banks, Ore.
At his request, no service will be held.
