Ann Marie Jones, 79, a two-year Carson City resident, died April 2, 2006, at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Jones was born Nov. 1, 1926, in Omaha, Neb., to Fred Megal and Amelia Casper.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Omaha.
She was a member of the F.O.E Auxiliary. She enjoyed baseball and was a Chicago White Sox fan.
Among her survivors are her son and daughter-in-law, Dwayne and Linda Jones of Carson City; daughter and son-in-law, Helen and Floyd Rosencrance of Omaha; sister-in-law Madeline Liska of Omaha; one granddaughter; two great-grandchildren; and a great-uncle.
Burial and memorial services will be at Graceland Memorial Cemetery in Omaha.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
