What I do: This is my newest Subway sandwich shop. It has the new Subway Tuscany decor. I also own the shop at 3959 S. Carson St.
Why I came to Carson City: I've lived here my entire life. When my family moved here there were only three paved streets.
My most memorable business experience: Working at Subway on a soccer tournament weekend. We are just full of soccer players and their families. It's just tons of fun. We'll serve in excess of 100 subs an hour for three hours straight.
The first dollar I ever made: Cleaning tables and washing dishes at the Carson Nugget.
My inspiration: My kids: Kamie, 23, and Ciarra, 19.
My favorite Subway sandwich: The chicken Parmesan on garlic bread.
