Dorothy J. Oulette

Dorothy J. Oulette, 81, a 43-year Carson City resident, died Aug. 2, 2006, in Carson City.

Mrs. Oulette was born June 21, 1925, in San Francisco to Homer Miles and Margaret Jackson.

She married Edward Oulette on March 1, 1944, in San Francisco.

Before moving to Carson City, Mrs. Oulette lived in Salt Lake City.

She was a clerk at a retail pharmacy.

She enjoyed animals, gardening and painting.

Mrs. Oulette was preceded in death by her husband in 1996, and by a sister and a brother.

Among her survivors are her daughter and son-in-law Wendy and Brad Hemerick of Sparks and daughter Ellen Mortensen of Carson City.

Cremation will take place at Walton's Sierra Crematory in Carson City.

At her request there will be no services.

Memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
