The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• James Paul Howard, 56, a writer from Carson City, was arrested at 12:43 p.m. Saturday in the 2800 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of a felony warrant for burglary. Bail was set at $10,000.

• Rory Allen Evans, 38, of Carson City, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of Rolando Way on suspicion of felony trafficking a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession or drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $21,864.

• A 49-year-old airplane mechanic from Gardnerville was arrested at 1:36 a.m. Sunday at South Carson Street and Old Clear Creek Road on suspicion of drunken driving and failure to maintain a single travel lane. Bail was set at $1,239.

Lyon County

The following are some of the 73 calls to which deputies responded:

• A drunken driver at Bridge and Pioneer streets in Mason Valley at 12:21 a.m. Saturday.

• A drunken driver at Reese River Road and Winnie's Lane in Fernley at 1:14 a.m. Saturday.

• A domestic dispute in the 500 block of Fremont Street in Fernley at 4:01 p.m. Saturday.

• A report of destruction of property in the 300 block of Emigrant Way in Fernley at 7:27 p.m. Saturday.
