The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• Irma Campana, 38, a transient, was arrested at 8:20 a.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor damage to jail property. Bail was set at $2,500.
• A 45-year-old field-service technician was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Wright Way on suspicion of domestic battery. He allegedly slapped his elementary-school aged daughter in the face, leaving a mark and causing her nose to bleed. Bail was set at $3,132.
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:
• Missing-person report on Sunrise Drive at 8:42 a.m.
• Commercial burglary reports on Clearview Drive and East Winnie Lane.
• Vehicle burglary reports on North Richmond Avenue and Pheasant Drive.
• Hit-and-run report in the 600 block of Hot Springs Road at 4:35 p.m.
• Accident in the 700 block of South Stewart Street at 5:08 p.m.
• Vehicle theft report in the 1500 block of Mountain Park Drive at 7:22 p.m.
Lyon County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:
• Coroner call in the 2700 block of Talapoosa Street in Silver Springs at 9:39 a.m.
• Misdemeanor arrest at Riverboat and Roughing It roads at 1:58 p.m.
• Accident in the 200 block of North Main Street in Yerington at 4 p.m.
• Battery report in the 1600 block of East Newlands Drive in Fernley at 6:09 p.m.
• Accident on Dayton Valley Road at 8:53 p.m.
