What we do: We offer nutritional products that can help improve the quality of your pet's life. Our foods and treats provide healthful benefits - some through a holistic or organic approach. All our foods are free of chemical additives and use only the best ingredients to deliver optimal nutritional values.

We also carry unique boutique items, including custom collars, leashes, beds, blankets, bowls, apparel and toys to pamper your pets.

Why we opened our business in Carson City: Lynda is a native Nevadan and has lived in this area most of her life. We wanted to remain a part of this community and provide a needed service, while indulging in our love for animals.

Experience: Lynda has worked in the medical field and dabbled in nutrition for more than 30 years.

She is certified in homeopathy remedies and has served on the board of directors for the Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care. Jan wanted to focus on her love of animals after 34 years of nursing.

Our inspiration: Animals give you unconditional love, no matter what you do.

Our business motto: Pets makes our lives whole ... so give them the very best.

Family: Lynda's husband, Kirk, owns Randy's Locksmith & Safe and has been a locksmith for more than 20 years. He is an active member, along with his German shepherd, Abby, of Douglas County Search and Rescue.

Jan and her partner, a retired nurse practitioner, have lived in Nevada for more than 35 years. They continue to be active in their breed-dog clubs.

The benefits of our products: Although animals are different from humans, we are similar in that we are what we eat and do.

My pets and what they prefer: Lynda and Kirk feed their animals raw and organic foods. Jan keeps her pets on holistic diets and occasional raw food. We all try to provide for each pet's specific needs.

Lynda and Jan enjoy working their dogs in obedience and agility. They also show their borzoi and Dandie Dinmont terriers in the conformation ring. They both have specialty winning and nationally ranked dogs.
