Secretary Miller names chief deputy

(Appeal staff report) - Secretary of State-elect Ross Miller named Nicole Lamboley his chief deputy.

Lamboley, 39, has been the city of Reno's lobbyist for the past three years and earlier served as deputy chief of staff to Miller's father, Bob, when he was governor.

"She's uniquely qualified to help this office push our legislative agenda and has the administrative experience that we need to effectively manage the office's numerous functions," Miller said.
