The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:

• Accident on South Edmonds Drive near Koontz Lane at 6:45 a.m.

• Threat report in the 800 block of East Musser Street at 9:45 a.m.

• Accident at Koontz Lane and Carson Street at 11:36 a.m.

• Accident at Stewart and East Fifth streets at 12:42 p.m.

• Coroner call in the 1700 block of North Carson Street at 4:53 p.m.

• Vehicle theft report on College Parkway at 8:14 p.m.

• Report of shots fired in the 3500 block of Woodside Drive at 11:43 p.m. Dispatch received at least four phone calls, and shell casings were recovered at Stanford and Woodside drives. No injuries were reported.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Fire at Frontage and South Rainbow roads in Mark Twain at 7:28 a.m.

• Battery report at Dayton High School at 10:14 a.m.

• Residential burglary 2900 West Fir Avenue in Silver Springs at 3:21 p.m.

• Accidents due to ice on Interstate 80 in Fernley at 5:37 p.m., 6:11p.m., 6:59 p.m., 7:22 p.m., 7:35 p.m.,10:12 p.m. and 11:42 p.m.

• Jill Olsen, a 42-year-old Winnemucca woman, was killed in a 5:42 p.m. accident on Interstate 80, 17 miles east of Fernley.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Power tools were reported stolen from a construction company on USA Parkway at 7:27 a.m.

• Traffic citation was issued on Canyon Way at 1:31 p.m.

• Traffic citation on Six Mile Canyon Road at 5:54 p.m.

• Accident on Interstate 80 at Derby Dam at 10:12 p.m.
