Karen R. Kephart, 65, a 38-year resident of Carson City, died Jan. 30 2006, in Carson City. She was born Nov. 11, 1940, in Youngstown, Ohio, to Dent A. and Katherine Crytzer.
She was a retired clerk for the State of Nevada.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lyle E. Kephart; and brother Dent A. Crytzer Jr.
Among her survivors are her daughter and son-in-law Michelle and Pifer Anderson of Carson City, and two grandchildren.
Capitol City Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
