The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• A 43-year-old mechanic from Carson City was arrested at 9:14 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Palo Verde Drive on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. Bail was set at $280 cash.


• A 27-year-old self-employed Carson City man was arrested at 8:14 a.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of Monte Rosa Drive on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear on a traffic matter. Bail was set at $207 cash.


• A 45-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 11:23 p.m. Friday in the 7000 block of Schultz Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protection order. Bail was set at $2,632.


• A 31-year-old student from Carson City was arrested at 10:27 p.m. Friday in the 3600 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of contempt of court. Bail was set at $576 cash.


• A 25-year-old unemployed Reno man was arrested at 5:35 p.m. Friday at Saliman Road and Colorado Street on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear on a traffic matter. Bail was set at $560 cash.


• Uvaldo Estrada, 36, of Carson City, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. Friday in the 1700 block of North Roop Street on suspicion of felony grand larceny and misdemeanor petit larceny. According to the arrest report, Estrada worked as a janitor at a local business and allegedly stole several clocks, radios and other equipment while working. Bail was set at $27,632.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:


• A drunk driver at Fir Avenue and Lemon Street in Silver Springs at 1:29 a.m. Friday.


• A report of a residential burglary in the 900 block of Lake View Drive in Dayton at 7:31 p.m. Friday.


• A report of a fight in the 600 block of Sunny Lane in Fernley at 7:46 p.m. Friday.


• A report of a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Curry Drive in Fernley at 8:17 p.m.


• A hit-and-run accident on North Main Street in Yerington at 10:03 p.m. Friday.


• A residential burglary in the Fernley RV Park at 11:43 p.m. Friday.
