Firefighters, medics endorse Titus

(Staff report) - The group representing more than 2,400 firemen and paramedics in Nevada has endorsed State Senator Dina Titus for governor.

The Professional Firefighters of Nevada represents 15 local unions and associations around the state.

"Firefighters and paramedics are on the front lines every day, putting their lives at risk to save ours," Titus said.

"We chose her because of her long-standing support in the Legislature of firefighter and paramedic issues," said Rusty McAllister, president of Professional Firefighters of Nevada.
