Frances Maud Barrow Britton, 96, of Carson City, died Jan. 2, 2006. She was born Nov. 29, 1909, in Snyder, Okla., to Stella Medlock and Joseph Edwin Barrow.
She married Hillard Franklin Britton on May 1, 1932.
She was a social worker.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1972 and her son Hillard Franklin Britton Jr. in 2002.
Among her survivors are sons Edwin Earl Britton of Hawaii, and David Ross Britton of Texas; granddaughter Rhonda Dodson, of Missouri; 12 other grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Capitol City Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
