John A. "Jack" Doyle

John A. "Jack" Doyle, 78, a five-year Carson City resident, died Jan 4, 2006, in Carson City. He was born June 8, 1927, in Rochester, N.Y., to Arlington and Lois Doyle.

Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Rochester.

Mr. Doyle served in the Army during the Korean War.

Among his survivors are sons Peter, Matthew and Michael, all of Rochester, and Stephen of Palmyra, N.Y.; daughters Christine Doyle of Rochester and Katherine Dichairo of Newport News, Va.; sister Janet Doyle of Rochester; brother Timothy Doyle of Florida; and seven grandchildren.

Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.

A memorial service will be held in Rochester.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
