Dick L. Williford, 71, died Jan. 11, 2006, at his home in Carson City.
He was born Jan. 12, 1934, in Kansas.
He was a hydraulic engineer with the state of Nevada Division of Water Resources for 30 years.
He moved to Carson City shortly after his discharge from the U. S. Navy in 1954.
Among his survivors are his wife, Billie of Carson City; and stepson, Brad Lamson and his wife, Val.
At his request, no services will be held.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
