Carolee K. Patzlaff, 79, a 17-year Carson City resident, died Jan. 14, 2006, at the Carson Convalescent Center.

She was born March 8, 1926, in Milwaukee, Wis., to Alfred Johnson and Myrtle Terryll.

She married Ralph Patzlaff in Milwaukee on Sept. 30, 1950.

She was a teachers' aide for Milwaukee public schools for 19 years.

She enjoyed gardening, sewing and reading.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Roger Johnson.

Among her survivors are her husband of Carson City; sons Stephen J. of Hillsboro, Ore., and Gregory A. and wife Mary of St. Francis, Wis.; grandchildren Tim Patzlaff, Kathy Eggebrecht, Daniel Patzlaff, and Kiley Booth; and five great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Nevada Chapter, P.O. Box 6362, Reno, NV 89512.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Capitol City Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
