Carson City


The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• Christina McNeill, 32, of Carson City, turned herself into deputies on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. on a warrant for suspicion of felony embezzlement. Bail was set at $10,000.


• Steven Lucas, 23, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. Monday at the Carson City Jail on suspicion of battery with a deadly weapon. He allegedly assaulted his brother with a phone. Bail was set at $30,000.


• Leonel Jimenez, 36, of Sparks, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of violating a protection order. An immigration hold was placed on him.


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:


• A caller reported seeing three men smoking marijuana at 12:51 p.m. Friday in the 2300 block of South Carson Street. A citation was issued.


• A woman reported her purse with a $500 cashiers check inside was stolen from the 400 block of North Carson Street on Friday, possibly by a known person.


• A caller reported several males were in a motel room in the 1400 block of Rand Avenue, being loud and possibly smoking marijuana at 8:33 p.m. Friday. A citation was issued.


• A wallet, iPod and other items were stolen from a vehicle in the 1200 block of Crain Street sometime Friday night.


• An antique slot machine was stolen from an unlocked garage sometime Friday night in the 3500 block of Ashford Drive.


• A home in the 1200 block of Shawdowridge Drive was burglarized.


• A mother reported her 12-year-old daughter missing or a runaway at 5:13 p.m. Saturday.


• Two woman fought in the 1100 block of Fleetwood Drive at 7:25 p.m. Saturday.


• A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 3200 block of Pine Lane sometime Saturday night.


• An intoxicated man reported his vehicle stolen from the 500 block of North Carson Street at 2 a.m. Monday. At 2:25 a.m. deputies located the vehicle on Curry Street. The man was shown the vehicle and it's believed he was too drunk to remember where he parked.


• A window was broken and cash stolen from a register at a business in the 3700 block of South Carson Street sometime Sunday night.


• A home in the 4100 block of Stampede Drive was burglarized sometime over the weekend.


Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:


• Accident on Main Street in Fernley at 2:20 a.m.


• Misdemeanor arrest in Stagecoach at 3:22 a.m.


• Animal complaint in the 100 block of Ring Road in Mark Twain at 1:12 p.m.


• Vehicle burglary report on Cloud Circle in Fernley at 2:51 p.m.


• Accident on Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley at 4:29 p.m.


• Fight in the 100 block of Fireman Row in Dayton at 6:42 p.m.


• Felony arrest at Highway 95 Alternate and Lake Street in Silver Springs at 9:02 p.m.


Storey County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:


• A traffic warning was issued at 7:08 a.m. on South C Street.


• A citation was issued at 7:21 a.m. at Cabin in the Sky.


• A caller reported a "mutt" was running loose and urinating on mailboxes in Lockwood at 8:21 a.m. The dog's owner was called on to collect his creature.


• A caller on Lafond Avenue reported at 9:33 a.m. dogs are allowed to run loose.


• A theft report was made in the 100 block of Wunotoo Road at 10:14 a.m.


• A caller witnessed a teenage girl relieve herself in the park in Mark Twain at 11:56 a.m.


• A warning for speeding was issued at 2:35 p.m.


• A tow service requested authorities block the road while the truck driver attempts to tow a rental truck off State Route 341 at 4:04 p.m.


• A juvenile was arrested in the 100 block of Edith Lane at 5:39 p.m.


• A truck window was discovered smashed on South C Street at 12:05 a.m. Tuesday.
