A memorial service for Barbara Ann Manista, 58, a nine-year Gardnerville resident, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Manista died Jan. 12, 2006, at her home.
She was born Nov. 10, 1947, in Palo Alto, Calif., to Arthur and Mary Cocco.
She graduated from Mountain View High School in 1965.
Before moving to Gardnerville she lived in the Bay area.
She was preceded in death by her mother; sisters Joan M. Cocco-Burns and Teresa G. Cocco; and son Thomas M. Boharsik Jr.
Among her survivors are her father; husband of 23 years, Timothy Manista, of Gardnerville; sons Terence M. Boharsik and Timothy M. Boharsik; grandchildren Amanda, Ashley, Michael Thomas, Michael Paul and Brandon; sisters Marcia Appert and Kathy Takahashi; brothers David, Jim, Greg, Mark and Bill Cocco and one great-granddaughter.
Cremation was at FitzHenry's Crematory in Carson City.
FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
