The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• David Lee Roberts, 28, a painter from Carson City, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Hot Springs Road on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, gross misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $6,632.


• David Lee Wages, 20, a plumber from Carson City, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on a felony parole violation. No bail was set.


• Tyler Robert Baker, 24, a machine-shop worker from Carson City, was arrested at 4:41 p.m. Monday in the 3900 block of Steamboat Drive on suspicion of felony possession of marijuana and misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $1,232.


• John Howell, 53, a printer from Carson City, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. Monday at Grant and Sonoma streets on suspicion of felony third-offense drunken driving. Bail was set at $10,000.


n The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:


• A red Toyota was involved in a hit-and-run accident in the 3900 block of South Carson Street at 9:21 p.m. Monday. The Toyota was gone before deputies arrived.


• A woman walking her dog witnessed five or six juveniles break a rear window at Seeliger Elementary School at 4:44 p.m. Monday. The children were gone before deputies arrived.


• A purse was stolen from a running vehicle in the 500 block of East Telegraph Street at 7 a.m. Tuesday.




Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:


• Domestic dispute in the 100 block of South Center Street in Mason Valley at 12:38 a.m.


• Accident in the 300 block of Grosh Avenue in Dayton at 9:09 a.m.


• Accident on Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley at 10:54 a.m.


• A search warrant in the 100 block of Belmont Avenue in Mason Valley at 11:49 a.m.


• Coroner was called to the 3300 block of Graham Avenue in Silver Springs at 11:59 a.m.


• Injury to motor vehicle report at Out of Town Park in Fernley at 12:05 p.m.


• Destruction of property report in the 4900 block of Aspen Street in Silver Springs at 2:38 p.m.


• Reported gas leak on Rosepeak Drive in Dayton at 4:55 p.m.


• Report of shots fired in the 2200 block of Highway 50 East in Dayton at 5:46 p.m.


• Accident at Damons Curve in Fernley at 6:03 p.m.


• Drunken driving arrest at Zuni Way and Apache Drive in Stagecoach at 8:21 p.m.




Storey County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:


• Four fake $20 bills were received at a business in Lockwood over the last two weeks.


• A medium-sized white dog with brown spots and a cut tail was found on South I Street at 3:24 p.m.


• A suspicious man was trying to gain entry into a garage on Sutro Springs Road at 7:52 p.m. The man was gone when deputies arrived.
