Meeting times vary for today's Carson City Planning Commission

Some items before the Carson City Planning Commission today will be heard at set times.

The meeting begins at 3:30 p.m. in the Sierra Room, of the Carson City Community Center, 851 E. William St.

Items to be considered beginning at 3:30 p.m. include:

- a presentation by staff on the city's flood damage ordinance

- the final draft of the Parks and Recreation master plan

- status report on the city's trails plan

- application to place a billboard at Lompa Lane and Russell Way

The master plan consideration for Buzzy's Ranch will be heard at 7 p.m.

A proposal regarding converting rental units into condominums is set for 8:30 p.m.
